Terms and Conditions

Vettedkando provides a SaaS platform designed for candidate screening, voice assessments, recruitment campaign management, and evaluation workflows. Access to platform features is granted on a subscription or trial basis according to selected plan tiers.

Account Eligibility: You must provide accurate, current, and complete business or personal contact information during account creation.

Disposable Email Prohibition: To maintain system integrity and prevent platform abuse, registrations using temporary, disposable, or throwaway email domains are strictly prohibited and automatically blocked at registration. Users must register using an authentic personal or business domain address.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3-Day Starter Trial: New user registrations receive a complimentary 3-day Starter trial to evaluate the service.

Non-Automated Upgrades: Upgrades from the trial to paid plans (Growth, Enterprise, or Custom) are not processed self-serve within the client application. All plan modifications, renewals, and quota adjustments are coordinated directly with Vettedkando administration.

Manual Local Payments: Subscription fees are paid via local manual transfer methods (Zain Cash, FIB, SuperQi, FastPay). Subscriptions are manually activated or extended upon verification of receipt of payment.

Expiration & Limits: Access to paid features and campaign limits expires automatically at the end of the paid billing period unless renewed.

You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to bypass, alter, or exploit database security, Row Level Security (RLS) policies, or backend administrative rules.
• Uploading candidate content, voice recordings, or materials that violate applicable laws in Iraq, infringe on third-party intellectual property, or contain malicious code.
• Sharing account logins across unauthorized external parties.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract source code from the Vettedkando platform.

Data Ownership: You retain ownership of all candidate resumes, assessment responses, and candidate data uploaded to your workspace.

Consent & Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have obtained all necessary consent from candidates before uploading their personal details, audio responses, or resumes to Vettedkando.

Workspace Isolation: Vettedkando enforces database isolation rules ensuring that candidate data is accessible only to authorized users within your designated company workspace.

Vettedkando reserves the right to modify pricing, campaign limits, or plan structures for future billing cycles. Any price changes for existing customers will be communicated in advance via email prior to account renewal.

Service Provision: Vettedkando is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum uptime and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operational availability.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law in Iraq, Vettedkando shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service downtime, lost recruitment data, or candidate evaluation outcomes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access immediately, without prior notice, if a user violates these Terms, attempts backend exploitation, or engages in unauthorized automated access. Users may request account cancellation at any time by contacting support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable legal standards, civil codes, and electronic transaction practices established in the Republic of Iraq.
